THE course consists of five chapters in the Open Water Course manual. The completion of five knowledge reviews and the PADI DVD, a final examination, and five confined water sessions either in the pool or in the lagoon at Along Benoa which has pool like conditions. Four open water dives in the sea in the Bunaken National Park. A special price of 18,= € for all dives to continue the diver’s perfection of buoyancy and underwater skills learned in the course as well as the opportunity to discover some of the world’s most renowned dive sites. The course is performance based and not time based. When certified, the diver will have a complete understanding of the exercises and the theory in the Open Water Diver course.

Open Water Diver is an international diver certification.

PADI Open Water Divers are qualified to:

• Dive with a buddy independent of supervision while applying the knowledge and skills they learn in this course, within the limits of their training and experience.

• Obtain air fills, scuba equipment and other services.

• Plan, conduct and log open water no stop (no decompression) dives when properly equipped and when accompanied by a buddy in conditions with which they have training and/or experience.

• Continue their dive training with a specialty dive (Adventure Dive), in the PADI Adventures in Diving program or in PADI Specialty courses.

The OPEN WATER DIVER course can be done in four to five days.

We never have more than four students to an instructor, and most of the time individual training can be arranged.
